John, I think most, if not all, on this list would agree with you - Razzak
is downright amazing in his commitment to support for his customers.  I have
sent him e-mail in the middle of the night, even after midnight, and
received responses and solutions as late (early?) as 4:30 a.m.  I can't say
that about ANY other software provider.  R:Base will continue to be the best
because Razzak's commitment to quality and support is the best.
