Following CVAL Functions are related to the Windows Printer 
(Build: 1.842xRT03):

01. To find the Current printer during R:BASE for Windows 
    session: 

    (CVAL('CurrentPrinter'))

02. Get complete list of all installed printers: 

    (CVAL('Printers'))

03. Get the Windows default printer:

    (CVAL('WindowsPrinter'))

    TGRB2000 (ver 6.5++) for Windows, Build: 1.843 and 
    higher ...

If you know the name of printer, then, try PRNSETUP command 
to change the default printer on the fly!
