I have the following scenario that I am trying to find a solution to: I want to have a monitor for the Internet so that every site that gets visited on the Internet gets saved in the database. It would have to run in the background and update the database as it runs and sites are visited.
The next leg of this is to then monitor the Internet traffic, and if any site matches another list in the database, the access to that site is denied.
