Removing end of file character

 Hi All

                Maybe some can advise me on how to get rid of end of file character.

                If you do the following at the mighty R> prompt the following results.

                Output 1.txt
                show v vsurname
                output scr

                The result in file 1.txt shows an end of file character as below.

                 LEACH

                The square box marks the end of file.
                Any ideas on how I can suppress. I am using the Include text command to
import words            into word document and don't want this character in the
document.
