01. Are you using R:Tango 2000 Editor installed on Server 
    or Workstation?

02. Have you checked all DSNs?

03. Can you CONNECT the database (Single or Multi-User)?

04. Make sure that RBASE.CFG settings matches with the 
    OTERRO.CFG.

That should give you a few clues, I mean "Blue's Clues".
