I use blat and pegasus both with very good results. I found a site
www.emailman.com
that has several email programs and utilities that may be helpful.
One other note,
I have verizon dsl, recently I was having trouble sending a message to
a large group. Verizon limits groups to 100 and a total of 500 messages per
hour.
