I always run my apps with WHILEOPT OFF.  I only turn it ON for specific
while loops which really need the speed boost, and have been tested in this
mode.  WHILEOPT is a great tool but must be used judiciously to assure your
apps are stable.

He had SP2 installed,  still had the problem.

Albert the restart.bat got rid of the DOS box but
he still had the problem.

I think the problem was a While loop I use to run a
form menu and I did not set Whileopt off.

I think it is working now.
