Do you mean that when data in a form field is altered in an edit process then the value of that field (previous or current?) is stored in a temporary table? And are you also saying that when a form user runs rapidly through the table's rows, by pressing either F7 or F8, that this process is triggered even though there have been no changes to the field in question? Are the rows in question displayed one at a time or in a tier? Where is the EEP which is doing the comparison located? Is it a field exit EEP or a row exit EEP? Bernie
