Hello all-

I've solved this problem in the following way:

In the table in question, create another column called "myorder"

For the title line, make myorder = 1

For a "==========================" make myorder "2".

All other entries use "3"

Hence the columns might be:

myorder,  firstname,  lastname, city

Then the data would be:

1 , First Name, Last Name, State
2      ,=========,       ========,       =====
3      ,        Bob     ,           Smith    ,         OH
3      ,        Lee     ,           Bailey    ,         FL
3      ,        Adam ,           Ant         ,          TX

In the choose, use "order by myorder asc".

Set a flag, that if myorder = 1 or 2, then you go back up and re-execute the
choose.
