David et al:

I agree -- I really wish I could have a title that spans the entire
CHOOSE box and is easier to line up. I too have sometimes put the
headings as the first line of data. Just last week a client wanted
me to put up a popup menu that consisted of data from 3 totally
different tables, with headings that explained each table's column
names. I had the first line of headings, then the data for that table,
then one blank line, then another heading, then more data... But there
had to be error trapping code to make sure they didn't select a heading
or the blank line.

Another thing I miss in Windows -- I wanted to bring up the popup menu
with the position in the 2nd place so it wasn't on the first header
line. I miss 'set var microrim_menu_pos = 2' not working!!!

>Jim and Ron, your suggestion should do it, thanks! I probably will use
the
LJS function in there to get it exactly lined up!

The one problem with your idea of course, is that users could inadvertently
SELECT that line, so an error trap would be needed.

I think we still need a LEFT JUSTIFIED title possibility and I'll suggest
it
to RDCC as an enhancement.
