I also agree that technically the form is not dirty if only a variable
was changed.  Bob:  What if you have a variable on the form but there
is a form expressiong where:   <Columnname> = <Variablename>.
If you change the variable, then it DOES change a row in the table.  Does
this trigger the dirty flag?

I haven't used this function, but it would seem to be working
properly from your description, since I believe that a "dirty form" is
an indication that the underlying row needs to be updated, that is,
one or more columns have changed.  If only variables change, it
would still be clean.
