How about a COOL function, such as:
(IWK(arg,n)) 
IWK returns the week of the year. 
Where arg is a value that has a DATE data type, 
and n is the stating day of the week. 
Example:
SET VAR vIwk Where Monday (1) is the starting day of week.
The resulting value of vIwk will be 41.
How about that?
