Sharon, Microrim_NoStatus (now RBTI_NoStatus), when present, suppresses the status bar at the bottom of the form... doesn't seem like it should affect your radio buttons, but who knows <g>. What version are you using? If you re-activate Microrim_NoStatus, does the problem re-appear?
