Emmitt,
By using Oterro on the Database, wherever it is located, you can connect
through a web browser. By using the Oterro interface, you can query data
through a web browser as you do with any other web page. I believe the RBTI
site is running on Oterro. I'm sure Razzak will correct me if I'm wrong, but
I believe that is the case. Also, Tom Cimicato
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) did a neat application presentation using
this last year at the Developers Conf. , as well as several others, who's
names I don't remember. But it's just a web interface built through Oterro.
If doesn't allow you to do any development over the web (As far as I know),
but it is a slick interface for a Client\Server application, without spending
the money for a true client\server application.

Hope I helped.
