Some people don't understand at all, some do.  

Everybody defending 'their thing'.  Sometimes, constructive things can
come from such discussions.  Sometimes nothing comes of such
discussions.  One thing is true is that something comes of such
discussions.

Yes, I need to be less abrasive in my original delivery.  Frustration
sets fire to the fingertips.
