Razzak

I can't find the email right now that was sent with
the DOS beta to go over the instructions in detial,
but I did find the exploded files and the VERSION.TXT
reads as: December 17, 2001 (Pre-Release Beta)
R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) DOS (32-bit), U.S. Version,
Build: 1.849xRT03

This is a list of the files that in which I saved the
originals aside and after unzipping the beta zip to a
different directory I copied over the originals with
the file from the unzipped beta.

COMMON.MSG
RBASE.HLP
RBASE1.MSG
RBASE2.MSG
RBASE65.EXE
RBD65PP1.TXT
VERSION.TXT

I don't think the DOS version uses an INI file.

I have not reported this particular one to the RDCC so
I'm CC'ing this to them and will report it later.

For the SCONNECT problem I reported yesterday (1942)
when I copied over the beta files with the originals
this morning, the SCONNECT works fine.
So there is definitely an issue with the beta on this
one.

I hope to clarfiy the process of reporting to the RDCC
and posting to the list as in, I thinks it's better to
Ask a question on the list to see if this just a goof
on my part and others are not seeing it, so I can fix
it and not waste the RDCC's time. I saw a sign that
usually has good quips and short one-liners the other
day that said:
It's better to Ask twice than to be wrong once.
What says you MR:R>, and others?
