Mike, When you buy R:Tango 2000, you get a special version of Oterro for Tango, the Tango editor/development environment, Tango Server (all for one server only), and a single-user license of R:Base 2000 for Windows.
If you also want people to use the same database from R:Base for Windows at the same time, then you will need to have proper licenses for those workstations, too.
