Keith:

01. Right click on the C:\ icon in the upper left hand corner 
    and go to Properties. 

02. In there, make the Full Screen selection, and set your Window 
    Buffers and Window Size to 80 and 25. This should give you full 
    screen R:BASE in Windows 2000 and XP. 

Enjoy and make sure to have fun with R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++)!
