Bernie -

The "I/O Problems - disk full" message usually means a corrupted database or
corrupted indexes.

Do a RELOAD and see if that fixes that problem!

The other message - "unavailable resources" (did you mean "Waiting for
required resources"?) often means a bad network card or network connection
for one workstation on the network. It may be resolved when you do the
reload - if not, check for connection problems.

Subject: problems after installing in-line patch 1

We are getting 2 situations that did not exist b4 installing the patch.
1. I/O problems - disk full
2. Unavailable resource and starts counting up to 100%

These problems occur mostly during data entry.
10 computers are using the dos version, running a combination of pure dos,
win95 and win98.
One computer is running the windows version under NT 4.0 sp5. No changes
have been made to the programs.

At first I shrugged it off as something we've seen b4, but now it is
happenning too frequently.

Any suggestions on what to look for?
