Hi Phil,
It seems like you are new to RScope so here are some questions:
RScope Menu under "Check" you should run  all three sub-menus.
     Database Info
     Structure
     Data
Note the errors reported.
I suspect your error will show under sub-menu: Structure.
Once we know were the error or errors are at we can plan a strategy for 
their corrections.
The booklet that came with RScope is very good for 95% of all problems.
