The GETDATE function return the default DATE FORMAT of
your CONNected database! Such enhancement was made in
The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) for Windows, Inline
Patch-1, Build:1.850xRT03, released on December 31, 2001.

In order for GETDATE to return DD/MM/YYYY, you need to
check the default DATE FORMAT of your connected database.
