May I ask a question about your LIMIT clause ?
What is it supposed to do :

1) Limit the selection to the first 201 row of the table ?
or 
2) Look thru the entiere table and take only the fisrt 201 row that fit the
WHERE clause ?

TMHO answer (1) should be the rigth one but now I am not sure anymore ....
