This is normal.
Whenever you change the output device from printer to screen, Windows NT/2K
/XP will send a form feed to the printer.
Windows 9X and ME do not do this.
This is not an R:Base issue, it is a Windows issue.
I suffered through having to re-write a number of my applications when my
users began upgrading their computers from Win9x.

At the R>I did
prnsetup "upper"
out printer
newp
It fed a sheet of paper, as expected. Then after a long pause, I did OUT
SCREEN and another sheet fed thru.
Anyone else have this experience?
