Susan,

Check the server error log file.  If you are over-license on a server, it 
will log it on the server, but not tell you at the workstation.

Normally once you are connected to a database and have the correct 
passwords, you will only get those errors during an operation if you have 
some corruption in the db.

If you are using the Novell client on a W2k workstation, check the Novell 
client property under Advanced Settings and make sure you have "File 
Caching" OFF.  The default is on, but causes some problems copying database 
files unless you wait a while after disconnecting from the database.
