PROBLEM:
In RBwin, cannot execute the simple command: COPY filename directory
Get error msg: -ERROR- cannot create destination file (2086)

I can successfully run the exact command from DOS, as well as from R:BASE
for DOS (latest version).

I am using this workaround: COPY filename directory\filename

example:
I cannot do COPY TEST.FIL C:\RB\BACKUP but I can do COPY TEST.FILE
C:\RB\BACKUP\TEST.FIL

I am running latest RBwin6.5++ (patch 2) on a standalone PC running
Windows98. It seems likely related to the operating system. Since I don't
keep back copies of RBwin, I can't test prior versions, and won't be able to
test any other clients for several days.

Also, (maybe related): If I move to a sub-directory and then enter DIR I do
not see the full path at the top of the listing as I do under R:BASE for DOS
(e.g., C:\RB\BACKUP). Instead, I see only C:BACKUP\ at the top. I don't
recall if that has always been the case under RBwin. Again, maybe it's
specific to the operating system.
