What is the ODBC driver for CurrentOSA? 

Looks like the ODBC driver is creating the XDEBUG.TXT. 

So, anytime when you access that data source using 
"SCONN CurrentOSA IDENTI AS Anyone" command, it is creating 
the log file (XDEBUG.TXT) for internal debugging purpose.
