The way I handle this one is to install RBase of both varieties on the
server and to put the ini and cfg files in their native directories.  If I
need to identify the user's machine I make sure that the machines are named
and pick up the names via an environment variable.  If I need to identify
the user I have them log in with a password.   This makes adding new users a
snap and you don't have to worry about cfg files getting lost in the shuffle
when machines are changed.
