outer join syntax

Hello everyone:   I have the following statement which does the outer join properly it just doesn't limit it to records with grantamounts greater than zero.  I get all records regardless of grant amount.  Any ideas!   CREATE VIEW FinVw00 as + SELECT T_1.StuId,T_1.StuFirst, T_1.StuLast, T_1.StuStat, +  T_2.* FROM entry00 T_1 LEFT OUTER JOIN +  FinancialAid00 T_2 on T_1.Stuid = T_2.Stuid where T_2.grantamount > 0
