RBWin 6.5++ Although we always recommend that our users set up a dedicated server for their RBase app, some of our smaller plants, using NT, seem to be OK using a non dedicated server with 3-4 users.
What are some of the keys (if this is a viable approach). 1. All the work stations should be on the same version of Windows. 2. The work station with the 4 data files should not be using the RBase app. 3. The non dedicated server should have at least 64, 128, ??? mb of Ram. 4. The network should be running at least 100mb/sec. 5. Other?
