Wow, is this a timely subject. 
Last night, I had a similar problem using RBwtime 6.1.

At only one plant, they are using an HP 6P, and when printing labels all of
the column headings print fine, but just two of the data fields. They sent
us their RB? files and labels work fine here and all other customers.
Labels using Arial TTF with size 10 for headings and size 9 for data. Their
Arial.TTF file in \Windows\Fonts says "Open Face" and mine says "True
Type". Same file size 267kb. I sent them my file, but what is Open Face and
would it cause this type of problem?
