I have a table wich has 3 columns
User Name, # of allowed Signons , And # of active Signon
In my startup file I check to see if the user has reached the assigned Max
signon and if so I exit Rbase else I incriment the active signon column. It
seems towork very well since this way I can also check to see which users
are not exiting Rbase properly.

Hope this helps
