The email does contain the from address,

it is just when you hit the reply is places the list as the to address.
to solve this
1 .right-click and copy the From: address into the clipboard
2. then press reply button
3. then right-click and paste the saved in clipboard address over the To:
address

Then you can press SEND after you have changed the body
