Dear Ken Brown and Bill Cook; I am not going to waste more time then necessary on this newsgroup to discuss issues that NEITHER of you two have any clue about.
This whole episode has roots to months ago, the details of which were NEVER made public by ANY member of RBTI because we had more respect for the R:BASE community than to involve them in non-relevant matters. Dennis, on the other hand, decided to show his lack of professionalism by dragging his personal disputes into a public forum in hope of obtaining some sympathy from the listening audience. This was his call, NOT ours. Furthermore, we WILL NOT tolerate vulgarisms that are aimed at ANY individual, RBTI employee or not. These are things that ARE within our control, and we will take ALL necessary actions to resolve them. My statement about his presence not being benevolent and helpful, AT THIS POINT, was completely justified by this last exchange. Look at what the last 90% of the messages have been about since his post. Productive, I don't think so. In addition, have you EVER seen ANY other member of this newsgroup "accidentally" post messages of vulgar or demeaning nature? Once again, I don't think so. If Dennis wants to take is ball and go home, that is his choice. Both of you have the same choice as well. We appreciate EVERY customer's support and feedback, BUT we will not have people telling us how to run our business. Mr. Brown also makes mention of my position and stature at RBTI. The answer to that question is YES sir, I do have the ability and authority to represent RBTI in a matter of this nature. And, I have represented the collective view of the employees here at RBTI in making my statements. This is NOT a personal issue between Dennis and myself. If you talked to him in person, you would find out that he and I had a VERY normal and professional business relationship up to the point of our last contact. Dennis HAS been very instrumental and cooperative with his interactions in the past, but it seems that those days are gone. HE has chosen to go down a road of resentment and mud-slinging, and WE have EVERY right and authority to stop it before it goes any further. At this point, Mr. McGrath has been involuntarily un-subscribed from this list at the discretion of the list manager (obviously someone else can see that this is a continuing problem), and hopefully, everything will be put to rest so that this group can get back to what it was intended for. In closing, I will say that I am extremely disappointed at Mr. Cook's statement " I don't know just what the problem is between Dennis and Razzak, but I agree with everything Ken says." How can you come to conclusion WITHOUT knowing all the facts? Isn't this counterintuitive to the democratic system?
