Hi Dan,

My guess is that you have 2 columns with same name and different datatypes 
in the 2 databases. R:Base can only have one datatype for a column name. 
You can probably use the ALIAS command in your attach clause to give 
R:Base the ability to rename the problem columns This is only available in the 
newer versions.
