No, the scrolling text shows the first 20 or so lines correctly starting at
the top of the R> screen, then all the other data is flashed by all on the
same bottom line, with pauses every 25 lines.  Closing the screen and
reopening it makes the scrolling work properly, showing all the files (using
DIR as an example), pausing every 25 lines.
