You can put your database on a different server, but Tango and Oterro have to be on the IIS server. Just load IIS on the W2k server you are going to put Tango on.
Here is how it works: A request for a URL comes into a web server, IIS. If the URL is looking for a Tango file then IIS request the data from the Tango Service which uses Oterro to get data from the database, puts together an HTML page, gives it back to IIS which returns it to the users browser.
