Eric,
This reload was when I converted a dos 5.5 database to 6.5++. I thought it
might have something to do with the network or finding old 5.5 r:base
programs. So I copied the database to that workstations hard drive, logged
off the network and got the same crash while reloading indexes.
Then I went o the other workstation and did the same thing. When it worked,
I logged back onto the network and reloaded from the station with 254 MB and
it worked.
If you believe that it's not a memory problem, then there might be a problem
with the 127MB machine.
I might try it on a third machine with less memory and see what happens.
