Looks like you are working on an UPGRADED database
with no system tables such as:
SYS_PROCEDURES
SYS_PROC_COLS
SYS_PROC_MODS
SYS_TRIGGERS
01. CONN dbname
02. At the R> prompt:
LIST SYS%
(change the CHARacater for MANY, accordingly)
03. If there are no tables as listed above, then:
DISCONNECT
SET AUTOUPGRADE ON
SET AUTOCONVERT ON
CONNECT dbname
04. Make sure to RELOAD the database once upgraded!
