Embed the path and file name in single quotes (or whatever your quote character is):
LAUNCH 'd:\datafiles\word files\cover_for_the_week.doc' Will launch Microsoft Word and open a file named cover_for_the_week.doc in the D:\datafiles\word files folder. Hope that helps.
