Joe - This is a hold-over from an older DOS form -
Open the form in design mode and right click on one of the fields that gives this "WHERE clause" message. Choose Pop-Up menus and you'll see that the top box, "User Can Access a Pop-Up Menu" is checked, but the rest of the options are left blank. This feature was so that a user could set up a same-table pop-up where clause to do a lookup if a "Custom" pop-up wasn't defined on the field. In the newer Windows versions, the double click on a field brings up the pop-up menu (which is actually a GREAT feature!). To jump to the chase - un-check the box and the user won't get that message any more. Unfortunately, you may have to go into the properties on all fields that were placed in the DOS version ...
