Dan,

It looks as if there is something odd about the way R:Base processes section
data. At least, the blank spaces that I am getting in my output files
matches the break-points in my reports. I've only looked at a couple and I
found that one had the boxes ticked and the other didn't and I had blank
spaces in both.

If nothing else you've led me to the cause of my problem, so thanks for
that. If I find out how to solve it I'll let you know.
