That is precisely my experience. The cells are columns, on some rows they
display and on others they do not. I believe that if you fiddle with the
cells you may find spacing between them and cell sizes that allow all rows
to display.

It's not behavior I have seen - and I hope it stays that way...

Iac, the problem is not the report itself.  I checked the view and the
information does not show there, either.
