Hi Mike and Albert

Well, it seems the problem was a bad font file.
The strange thing is they could use Word and
print a letter with Courier New 12, but that font
came out blank in RBase.

I told them to delete the font anyway and re-install
the fonts.

Thank goodness it seems to have worked.
