Jim

Put the following commands in an exit.eep

In your form:
1. click Layout
2. click Table Settings
3. click On Row Exit
4. enter the name of your eep and save the form

-exit.eep
screen restore on
recalc variables
ret

If your eep does any currency calculations, make sure you also have set zero
on.

Your form will be redisplayed with the new data.

Hope this helps.

Subject: Screen Restore

What is the proper syntax for Screen Restore?
In both 6.5+ and 6.5++ I have tried:
SET SCREEN RESTORE ON
SET SCREEN RESTORE 'ON'
SCREEN RESTORE ON -- this is what HELP has
SCREEN RESTORE 'ON'
SET SCREEN RESTORE = 'ON'
SET SCREEN RESTORE = ON
SET SCREENRESTORE = ON
SET SCREENRESTORE = 'ON'

Must it be used in an eep, or before the screen is initially displayed?

I have an eep attached to a button that changes one column in all rows below
the cursor. Will screen restore on cause the changes to be reflected on the
form?

Any help appreciated,

Jim Blackburn
