W2k is just like NT.
The trick to get it to work right is setting up the icon.
When you create a shocut in W2k to at batch file, you can't get to the 
memory settings tab.
Your workaround is to make a shortcut to some exe, and then go change the 
target to your batch file.  Now you have a memory tab and can go configure 
the memory just like you would for Win 98.

Printing is a seperate topic.  It depends on your network as to what you 
need to do, and it ususally involves using the Net Use command.
