To get the title line all the way to the left, I put a bunch of spaces and 
an [alt]255 at the end.  If your last char is a space, R:base eats the 
spaces at the end.  The last char needs to be something else.  I am not sure 
if the [alt]255 works in the windows version or not.  It might need to be 
[alt]0255, or you could use a period or something else that is small.
