I bet you installed the Tango server on your workstation.
You only want the Tango Development studio installed on your workstation.
Go into the services on your workstation and stop the 2 Tango  2000 services 
and change them to manual startup.  Then go to your webserver and re-start 
the Tango 2000 service.

I accidently did this once.
