In that case, you need to make sure that you are using the correct template size for your labels. If none listed, you can choose the closest matching template and then customize it accordingly. When using custom settings, make sure to verify Width, Height, Labels across Page, Space between Labels, Lines after Label, Left Margin, Top Margin and Labels down Page. Good Luck!
