Bob,
There may be a better way but what I would do is the following
to get 2 labels for the same client:
1. Choose a default setting for labels that prints 2 labels across the page.
2. Change the Labels Across Page to 1 and the Width to 8.
3. Then place the objects for the label across the page twice.
name name
address address
etc. etc.
4. You may have to play with the spacing to get it right.
