I found my answer. In the Network Load Balancing Properties I had the
Affinity set to single but the ports also had to be set to single.
 
 Kept looking at this yesterday and didn't see it until this morning. What a
nights rest will do for the eyes. :-)

I'm just starting to set-up and test Microsoft Load Balance between two
servers. 

Is there any way to force a user to stay on the initial server they started
with during that compete session. 

What is happening is that when the taf hits the database or uses a different
part of the taf the current user session maybe switched to the other server
therefore losing all the userreferencearuments. If you hit (keep hitting)
refresh you will eventually return to the original server and everything is
fine.
